 I am the founder of the unique training principles of Caged Kobra Training.

I am a sponsored athlete/fitness trainer who has trained  numerous clients who all have reached their fitness goals such as wanting to enhance their abilities in football, basket ball , bodybuilding, rock climbing or just wanting to lose a few pounds.

 

I compete against other athletes as a competitive bodybuilder. When i am not performing on stage, I help individuals on behalf of Herbalife, reach their fitness goals. As a Herbalife sponsored athlete, i love to help people acheive the same fitness levels as i. That is why on behalf of Herbalife, i put together this detailed muscle building fitness app.

 

'CKT', stands for Caged Kobra Training. The C.K. Training Program is a unique program I have developed to benefit a wide range of individuals, both men and women. C.K. Training is suitable for both the sedentary and the athletic.

I've based my unique style on tried and tested scientific principles, the same principles that got me to what I wanted to be, a sponsored athlete and personal fitness trainer.


THE PROGRAM
'Caged Kobra Training' uses an array of techniques such as supersets, drop sets, rest pause, forced reps amongst many more.
To compliment this inventory of lifting techniques we will be incorporating different rest periods, exercises and a constant change of weight plates.

What? sounds like every other workout you have heard of, well here is the special ingredient for a sweet taste of success it’s called power body building based on a very simple theory, if you bombard your muscles with great intensity they have to adapt and get stronger resulting in a substantial increase of strength and lean muscle mass.
