INDIAN SPICED YOGURT RICE 
Ingredients
 
Mustard Seed
1 tsp
 
Curry
10 leaves
 
Cooking Spray
 brown rice
Brown Rice, Cooked
3/4 cup
 
Yogurt
3 tbsp
 
Red Chili Peppers, Dried
3
 
Directions
Heat and mix the spices and seeds in a pan with non-fat cooking spray.
Mix the rice with yogurt in a bowl and add the heated spice mix.
Stir and serve.
